These terms cover Crafty Cooks, a game by Purrfect Games.
Agreement
By playing our games you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play. We may update them, and the date at the top always shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
The games
Our games are free to play in your web browser on Poki and the sites Poki works with. No account is needed. Poki's own terms also apply when you play there.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to play our games for your own entertainment. You may stream and share videos of yourself playing. You may not copy, sell, rehost, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the games or their assets, or use them to train AI models.
Fair play
Please don't cheat, use bots, tamper with the game or its saves, attack our services or disrupt other people's play. We may stop anyone who does from using our games.
In-game items
Coins, cash, vehicles, upgrades and other items in our games are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. Progress is saved in your browser, so clearing site data or changing device can erase it, and a game update may change or reset items.
Ads
Our games show ads served by Poki, including optional rewarded ads that give an in-game bonus. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. We don't control the content of ads.
Ownership
The games, their code, art, music, sounds, characters and names belong to Purrfect Games or its licensors. Trademarks of others belong to their owners.
Availability
We provide the games "as is". We may change, update, pause or remove a game at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Purrfect Games is not liable for any indirect loss, lost progress or damage from using or being unable to use our games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
Children
Our games are made for all ages. Younger players should play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute can't be settled amicably, the courts of France have jurisdiction, without removing your right as a consumer to go to the courts where you live.
